Patient Grants

Each year the KFCP makes available a significant number of patient grants to people with kidney disease who are experiencing financial difficulties. Qualifying applications are forwarded to the KFCP office by dialysis unit social workers. The KFCP patient-services committee reviews each application individually to determine fund allocation. Since its inception, this program has helped hundreds of area kidney patients and their families.
